These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ecommerce Email Marketing Checklist (the “Product”), provided by Optin Office (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

  1. Use of the Product
    You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Product for your personal or internal business use only. This license does not permit you to:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Product;

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works;

Sell, license, or commercially exploit the Product;

Share access with third parties.

  1. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to access or use the Product. If you are using the Product on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.
  2. Intellectual Property
    All content within the Product—including but not limited to text, design, graphics, and layout—is the property of Optin Office or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as explicitly outlined in these Terms.
  3. Payments
    If the Product is sold for a fee, you agree to pay all applicable charges before accessing it. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and we are not responsible for errors or issues caused by those processors. Except where required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  4. Disclaimers
    The Product is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute business, marketing, or legal advice. Results may vary depending on your implementation, strategy, and other factors.

We provide the Product “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Product.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optin Office will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising from your use or inability to use the Product.
  2. User Responsibilities
    You agree not to:

Misuse the Product;

Use the Product for any unlawful purpose;

Distribute or resell the Product or any derivative of it;

Represent the Product as your own work.

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access and legal action.

  1. Modifications and Updates
    We may update or revise the Product or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  2. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.
  3. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
