Refund and Exchange Policy


1. Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide high-quality digital checklists for e-commerce store owners. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  • At least 30% of the checklist must have been implemented correctly in your store.
  • A valid receipt of purchase must be provided.
  • Once a refund is issued, you are prohibited from using the checklist again.

Proof of Implementation

To verify that at least 30% of the checklist has been implemented, customers must provide:
✅ Screenshots of changes made to the store (e.g., updated settings, applied strategies).
✅ Store analytics or reports showing the impact of the implemented checklist items.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, email contact(at)optinoffice.com with the subject line:
📌Refund Request – [Your Order Number]

In the email, include:

  • Your full name and purchase receipt
  • Screenshots or reports as proof of implementation
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to be considered.

2. Exchanges (Incorrect Products)

If you receive an incorrect checklist, we will send you the correct version as soon as possible at no additional cost. Please email contact(at)optinoffice.com with:

  • Your order details
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll resolve the issue within 72 hours of verification.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 -12 business days.
  • After a refund is granted, access to the purchased checklist may be revoked.

4. Preventing Policy Abuse

To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to decline refund requests from customers with excessive refund claims. Customers who submit more than 2 refund requests within 6 months may be flagged for review. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
